What you’ll be doing

As our new Partnership Coordinator, you will assist the Partnerships Team with the administration of payments to Envato affiliates and media buying partners.

You’ll be making sure the payments are accurate, documented and go out on time and you’ll also be responsible for managing bulk sale requests, monitoring affiliates activity and helping out with reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, your role is primarily focused on supporting the Partnerships Team but you’ll also get the opportunity to liaise with other parts of our business including the Finance Team.

Your fantastic communication skills and stakeholder management will be put to good use as you will be in regular contact with our affiliates and media buying partners too!

  • Proficient IT skills, especially in MS Office and Google Apps including Google Calendar, Google Mail and Google Docs
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel skills, the ability to use v lookups, pivot tables and edit charts at an intermediate level is desirable
  • Relevant administration experience and / or training
