Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC) provides quality and innovative services to achieve the best outcomes for current and future generations of Australians with vision and / or hearing loss.

Our aim is to ensure that children and adults with vision or hearing impairment are given equal access to communication, education, literacy, therapy and health services that will enable them to live a life where nothing holds them back.

RIDBC has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and innovative Corporate and Community Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising team.

This is a full time position, working 38 hours per week and reports to the Director, Fundraising and Development.

The successful candidate will be able to lead the Corporate and Community team to develop long-term, profitable partnerships with strategically aligned organisations through nurturing and growing RIDBC’s existing partnerships, establishing new partnerships, whilst also fulfilling their own individual corporate partnerships responsibilities and meeting revenue targets.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate they meet the following selection criteria, which includes :

  • Demonstrated leaderships skills, including coaching and mentoring
  • innovative and creative mindset to develop new opportunities proven business development and relationship management skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen and the ability to develop and manage to budgets
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Commitment to providing a secure and happy working environment
