Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administration and support services to meet the needs of the office and the business.

  • Provide a high level of administration to the business and the senior leadership team
  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, internal communication from Senior Leaders
  • Respond to enquiries, tending to reception as / when needed
  • Prepare / process payments / invoices / expenses, raising purchase orders
  • Assist with arranging events / meetings; booking rooms, catering when needed
  • To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Administration and customer service experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and ability to maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Willingness to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative
