Your Opportunity

As a Customer Experience and Sales Manager / Coach (CXSM), you are integral to the success of our business!

This game-changing position will give you the opportunity to utilise your skills as a trainer / mentor / coach and partner with local and area leaders to deliver strategies focused on increasing sales performance!

As a CXSM Superstar’, you will be required to :

  • Demonstrate full understanding of effective customer service and sales concepts
  • Consult, train, mentor and coach local managers and agents in effective face-to-face customer service and counter sales behaviours
  • Partner with local managers to identify and analyse areas of sales opportunities for products and / or services and make recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials and other resources
  • Facilitate classroom size training / presentations and effectively and efficiently coach employees of specific sales techniques
  • Coach one-on-one and hold individuals accountable for results and prove timely and specific feedback to improve performance
  • Role Requirements

    To be successful in this position you will have :

  • A proven ability to influence performance in a fast-paced retail, hospitality or contact centre environment
  • The courage to have powerful conversations and natural ability to build trusting relationships with people and champion change
  • An effective, engaging and creative coaching and communication style with the knowledge of how to get the best out of people
  • An understanding of service based sales behaviours and a personal track record of sales performance
  • An organised, self-disciplined and flexible approach with start times and work locations
  • Experience in delivering training material in a classroom environment in an engaging and informative way
  • Have a valid drivers licence
