How you will make an impact
This role is a junior Account Manager level responsible for recruiting and educating new Xero Accounting customers who are Sole Practitioners and Bookkeepers.
You will be assisting them through the initial signup and education stage. You are also responsible for growing, developing and managing Xero's relationships with existing Xero Sole Practitioners and Bookkeepers.

This is a phone based role where experience with telesales would be advantageous. You will have strong communication skills, be able to build rapport and positive relationships quickly, be a team player and have the drive and ability to achieve sales targets.
You may be a recent accounting graduate or have been practising for a short time and looking for a new challenge but still able to use your knowledge on a non-traditional path.
