    About the role : This role will be part of the Technology management team within our Communication Services (CCS) division.

    You will lead a team of business analysts and developers to ensure the successful enablement of technology solutions to our customers in the outbound communication portfolio (print, email, SMS, social, video and voice).

    Lead the team’s evolution into a highly successful professional services team that provides superior customer solutions and best of breed implementation methodology, develops true business partnerships internally and contributes with strong thought leadership.

    This role can be based in either Port Melbourne or Ermington and will require regular travel. Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and encourage effective business partnerships
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to deliver customer solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best of breed technology implementation methodology
  • Balance quality with speed to market and risk
  • Drive a continuous improvement focus
  • Provide strong people leadership
  • Manage and deliver the team’s operational budget
  • Proactively seek opportunities to be a SME within the outbound communication industry
  • To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Strong team management and change leadership experience
  • Proven professional services experience combined with technical experience in development, business analyst or project management roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Desired experience :

  • Outbound communication industry and digital transformation
  • Migration to cloud
  • DevOps processes and methodology
  • Automation experience through robotic software
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology or related discipline
