About the role Applications are sought from persons with a disability for a project at LawAccess NSW providing initial assistance and referrals over the phone to a range of customers, including customers calling from a correctional facility and customers calling the Graffiti Hotline.
This is a temporary project for up to two years, with the possibility of extension and conversion to ongoing. Opportunities will also be provided to develop skills in other areas of LawAccess NSW.
The successful candidate must have the ability to quickly develop familiarity with various systems. The successful candidate will also be comfortable working in a contact centre environment, possess excellent customer service skills and have the willingness to assist customers within the framework provided.
