  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced OD or HR professional with a broad skill-set covering project management, knowledge of HR processes and cycles;
  • development and implementation of learning strategies, content and facilitation of programs that enhance individual, team and company performance.

    This is a role sits within the wider HR team and reports directly to the Group Director, Human Resources. We are seeking an enthusiastic team-

    player with a proven track record of success delivering projects that meet strategic and operational business needs.

    The Role :

  • Work with the HRBPs to deliver our management development program (including content and facilitating workshops) to enhance management capabilities across the organisation
  • Develop and implement programs including CRM, mentoring and onboarding
  • Develop Knight Frank Australia's talent framework
  • Oversee the management of LMS, compliance training and L&D calendars
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention, performance and capability
  • The Person :

    To be successful you will possess the following experience and qualifications :


  • 7-10 years' experience as HR generalist or OD specialist gained in a sales and / or professional environment
  • Bachelor degree or higher in OD / HR / L&D / Adult learning
  • Experience managing OD projects and programs in consultation with the HR team and business
  • Experience translating business strategy, goals and cultural change into OD solutions
  • Experience using HR systems including LMS
  • Advanced presentation, facilitation and content development skills
  • Ability to develop solutions with limited resources by drawing on people and knowledge within the business
  • Experience working within a collaborative team
  • Preferable

  • Experience in a sales / client-focused / professional services organisation
  • Accreditation in a variety of external culture diagnostic, leadership capability tools and personality instruments
