Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of mechanical and electrical maintenance services, shutdowns, fixed plant maintenance services, access solutions, dewatering services, specialist coatings, and sustaining capital works.
The Workforce Management function is responsible for the allocation, compliance and successful mobilisation of resources to site shutdown and maintenance projects across a variety of sites and clients.
Within the workforce management function our main focus is on providing a high level of customer service and a seamless and consistent experience to our employees.
Reporting to the Workforce Manager you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 3-5 direct reports within Workforce Management (Workforce Team Leaders, Supervisor & HSE Resourcing) to ensure the day to day operational requirements are met within and quality and productivity targets, whilst helping Workforce Management deliver against its strategic outcomes and vision.
