Job purpose Analyses the market, the clearing services, the business processes, the integration with technology and the internal and external developments and regulations in order to develop requirements and specifications for business transformations and business capability development that enhance the competitiveness and profitability of ABN AMRO Clearing.
Core activities Assignment ConfirmationsAnalyses ideas, specific business plans and relevant internal and external developments and their consequences onthe process of Business Development and IT within the business, in order to identify opportunities, risks and desired actions for development of new business and information systems within the assigned area.
Assesses the found opportunities and advises on the issuance of an assignment confirmation. Feasibility studiesExecutes feasibility studies on the development and implementation of new systems, processes, services or the improvement of existing systems and defines the impact on the assigned developments, in order to have good insight in the desirability of, opportunities, and risks for development and / or improvement of systems, services or processes.
Requirements, User stories, Acceptance criteria and capabilities business transformationsAnalyses specific services, business processes, information flows, user and system requirements and needs for Business Support, in order to identify opportunities for improvement of business processes by means of existing or new requirements and capabilities within the assigned area.
Produces product breakdown and story mapping. Writes the User Stories and acceptance criteria Technical solution design Understands the IT environment and assesses the impact of changes / new initiatives on current infrastructure and core clearing and risk applications to document technical solution.
Works closely with solution designer, ITSO, infrastructure and development teams. Business casesDevelops project proposals, including budgets, deadlines and planning, and ensures the transfer to project managers / leads of projects after approval, in order to realize the project deliverables.
Knowledge new developmentsDevelops and maintains a knowledge management network regarding IT and business developments, in order to have up to date IT and business information and knowledge and an established centre of expertise within the assigned business area.
TestingInvolved in testing / test coordination as part of the agile development team. Works closely together with the test analyst but is also able to perform testing as part of daily activities.
