We are currently seeking an Estate Data Manager to work on a major nationwide Department of Defence project appointments.
What this job involves :
You'll take total responsibility for ensuring Defence Estate Data requirements are met for each project thereby allowing for formal handover and completion of the project.
Managing and training a team of Estate Data administrators to ensure efficient provision of Estate Data across all JLL projects will also form part of your major responsibilities.

Proactive and motivated in seeking to resolve inherent issues associated with Defence Estate Data, you'll be experienced in the collection of project management data and process.
Strong regard will be given for those candidates who have prior experience with IBIS, the Defence Estate Data Tool and with the Defence ERIM.
You'll be knowledgeable of the recent transition of Estate Data from IBIS to GEMS, and the changing in systems and tools (e.
g. GEMS Data Load Tool (GDL) and Estate Data Requirements (EDR)).
You'll have a degree in a relevant property related discipline and three (3) years' experience; or a combination of formal education and experience in excess of six (6) years, 3 of which must be related to Design, Construction, or Project Management.
Clearance NV1 (or the ability to obtain this i.e. Australian Citizenship) is mandatory for this position.
