leading building and construction products and services. About the role : Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager the Customer Service Coordinator knows that each and every Customer is extremely valuable and treats them as such.
In partnership with Sales Representatives, and the broader Rocla Supply-Chain network, proactively facilitate and expedite the quote to cash process, in a manner that enables optimum Customer outcomes and DIFOT while maximizing business efficiencies.
The Customer Service Coordinator uses consultative relationship management techniques, coupled with an expert knowledge of Rocla systems, products and services, to understand and advocate all Customer needs in a manner that differentiates the Rocla service, enhances Customer experience, loyalty, wallet size and overall market share.
