leading building and construction products and services. About the role : Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager the Customer Service Coordinator knows that each and every Customer is extremely valuable and treats them as such.

In partnership with Sales Representatives, and the broader Rocla Supply-Chain network, proactively facilitate and expedite the quote to cash process, in a manner that enables optimum Customer outcomes and DIFOT while maximizing business efficiencies.

The Customer Service Coordinator uses consultative relationship management techniques, coupled with an expert knowledge of Rocla systems, products and services, to understand and advocate all Customer needs in a manner that differentiates the Rocla service, enhances Customer experience, loyalty, wallet size and overall market share.

What will help you succeed The ideal candidate will have the following skills / experience :

  • Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience in the building / construction industry (or related manufacture / supply-chain).
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of Safety .
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyse, exercise initiative and multi-skill in an agile and dynamic environment.
  • Handle pressure within a fast paced environment.
  • Highly developed Customer and Stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success working with complex products and supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Windows.
  • Sound working knowledge and experience of JD Edwards (or similar ERP) and CRM.
