  • We are looking for a Corporate Facilities Coordinator for our Sydney CBD Office. In this role you will ensure all facilities are functional and ready for use, provide administrative support and coordinate the day to day operational activities required to deliver and efficient and safe working environment.

    To give you an idea of what this involves you will :

  • Maintain and enhance the reputation of Corporate Facilities as a service provider across all levels of the organisation.
  • Coordinate the onsite services of third party contractors.
  • Maintain the functionality of all meeting rooms including associated equipment.
  • Provide mail room services & other corporate facilities functions a required.
  • Deliver efficient and expedient distribution of mail and parcels.
  • Work collaboratively with Corporate Facilities team, key stakeholders & clients to ensure services are delivered in line with best practice.
  • Attend relevant stakeholder meetings toensure the Corporate Facilities team is best positioned to meet business needs and customer expectations.
  • Process invoices, accruals and any other general admin duties as required.
  • To be successful you will have a good operational knowledge of Facilities Management and relevant working experience in this environment.

    You are confident, driven, proactive and can work well both independently and as a motivated team player. You must also show initiative and have great communication, ability to relate to customers and strong overall customer service skills.
