The need has been identified for an experienced Compliance and Governance Manager to join the team on a 12 month Fixed Term contract to review policies and establish a new framework focusing on standardisation across the business and risk mitigation strategies.
About the Role
This role will act as a key liaison point across the business and engaging key areas of management within each operational business unit will be crucial to the successful development and deployment of the new policies and procedures.
You will be providing technical and strategic advice to the Executive and be responsible for the following :
To be successful in the role you will have experience in a similar role and a proven track record of development of Compliance, Governance and Risk Management Strategies.
You will have experience managing Enterprise Risk Management for a large organisation and managing Insurances and Business continuity planning methodologies.
Exceptional communication is a must as you will be managing many different stakeholders with different agendas.
