The opportunity :

You will undertake the Reece Graduate Program : A 12-month training scheme that provides you with meaningful experience in every facet of our business.

  • Your first 6 months will be in our branch network where you will gain a deep understanding of our operations. This will set a sound, experience based foundation for your career.
  • Following your branch operations experience, you will move into the Continuous Improvement Team’ and learn to apply leading change management methodologies that will help deliver positive, tangible, and measurable improvements in all areas of the Reece Group.
  • This program will challenge you to build your knowledge, develop practical skillsets and enhance your spirit of creativity and entrepreneurialism.

    You will have the opportunity to work in and understand multiple functions working side by side with some of the best talent in the business.

  • Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced)
  • An ability to retain knowledge of policy, procedures, statistics, and results
  • A passion for learning and applying methodologies to solve problems (e.g. Design Thinking, Six Sigma and Lean)
