Your Challenge :

A brand new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen, for a Business Development Manager, to join our growing business within our Emergency Care and Resuscitation (ECR) segment and play a critical role our organisation where you partner with the Marketing team to develop ANZ strategies to drive business growth.

You will have the opportunity to define and drive long-term organisational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

You will be a key negotiator in closing business deals and be required to have a thorough understanding of current market conditions.

You will also work in close partnership with the local team, is responsible for identifying new opportunities, qualifying and understanding customer needs, owning solution creation and positioning offering to secure the deal.

Furthermore, you will also be responsible for managing funnel growth, opportunity management and forecasting, and drive to achieve regional growth and performance expectations.

We are looking for :

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree or equivalent ideally in Nursing, science or engineering or related field
  • 5+ years within Sales / Business Development, within a healthcare capital equipment sales
  • Experience in driving value creation and developing compelling value propositions for customers
  • Experience within the Healthcare Industry will be a distinct advantage
  • Robust engagement and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and customers at all levels
  • Strong result orientation, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed goals.
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary field sales projects and engage stakeholders
