Our client, one of the largest privately owned veterinary pharmaceutical companies in the world, is currently looking for a Customer Service / Accounts Administration Assistant.

Based in the Northern suburbs, this Full Time Permanent position will enable you to work for a Global industry leader while being rewarded with an attractive salary, onsite car park and a positive and supportive team environment.

In this role, you will :

  • Be the first point of contact for the company
  • Monitor and process customer orders
  • Complete weekly and monthly stock reconciliations
  • Liaise with customers, wholesalers and field staff
  • Resolve and respond to customer enquiries
  • Complete data entry and other adhoc administrative duties
  • Enter invoices and payments
  • Reconcile customer and supplier invoices using SAGE
  • To be considered for this role, you will have :

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable (basic)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • SAGE experience preferred but not essential
