The Role :

Working closely with the Account Management, Property Consultant and Property Management Teams our Client Success Specialists ensure our clients have a successful start when preparing to market their properties with Urban Spaces and ensure transactions are completed swiftly and successfully when a deal is agreed.

Our Client Success Specialists are responsible for :

  • Handling initial client paperwork including Terms of Business and required regulatory documentation.
  • Arranging photography and assisting to ensure our properties are marketed through
  • our various channels as swiftly as possible.

  • Ensuring both Sales & Lettings transactions are progressed swiftly & successfully
  • when a deal is agreed, guaranteeing compliance and an outstanding customer

    experience for all our clients.
