We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Remote & Digital Building Automation Service Technician to join our national Advanced Service Centre (ASC) team, based in Bayswater, Victoria.

Reporting to Internal Services Manager, this role requires you to use your trade experience to remotely maintain BMS optimum performance, use data analytics to recognise ongoing efficiency opportunities, provide coaching and online support to our Customer base & Field Technicians using Navigator and the Siemens secure connection platform cRSP.

Your key responsibilities will include : - Diagnosing fault conditions, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, utilising trend data to provide insight into energy usage at facilities, provide predictive maintenance outcomes for the clients and provide energy saving opportunities to the clients.

  • Setup and maintain new and existing Navigator sites.- Provide over the phone support to internal and external customers on the use of Navigator and remote connections-
  • Provide remote support to external customers on the use of the building management system- Provide remote support to external customers by way of fault finding the building management system / site.

  • Implement energy savings initiatives via remote connections- Assess sites remotely for any potential energy saving initiatives-
  • Provide reports to internal and external customers detailing the outcomes of energy savings that have been implemented- Provide support to internal customers on the implementation of onsite energy saving initiatives-

    Maintain an online log of energy works for each site- Work with the branches to enhance their technicians’ skill sets with regard to Navigator, remote and digital services.

    The successful candidate will possess : - A clear and confident communication manner which will enable you to collaborate with internal and external customers across the business.

  • Experienced in Customer engagement and report writing technical and non technical.- 10+yrs domain knowledge in working on Building Management Systems.
  • Technically proficient and motivated, with a drive to establish and succeed in a Digital Service environment.- Automation background along with strong technical skills and an interest in data analytics technology-
