The Program Support Officer provides administrative support in areas such as finances, human resources and purchasing. This role will also provide executive support for meetings and committees and provides program and project support for a range of health and medical research and innovation initiatives.

The successful candidate will have good organisational and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail. They will possess a demonstrated ability to research and investigate and an understanding of committee procedures, including minute and agenda preparation.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time roles, open until 8 December 2021.

We currently have one permanent full time position immediately available.
