  • Our client

    Our client specialises in developing and manufacturing photovoltaic inverters. With a strong team of experienced engineers and entreprenuarial professionals, the company has been dedicating to high quality products and services and valuing their clients’ and the market’s needs.

    Backed by their strong R&D team, manufacturing capacity and financial position following their recent equity restructure, our client has set up their Australia entity, wishing to launch their new innovated product to the new market and start their business journey here.

    The role :

    Working in a start-up environment, with a growing team who values customer needs and service qualities, the Office Admin will be the company’s key point of local contact based in their Melbourne offices and be responsible for all office operational and sale support tasks.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Handle incoming calls professionally as well as take records upon customer claims.

    Review incoming email / correspondence and where appropriate action independently.

    Organise internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting agenda and materials, and take minutes as required.

    Professionally execute delegated actions from the supervisor.

    Arrange office matters including office supplies, maintenance and receptions.

    Monitor products or spare parts inventory.

    Provide support to other team members as per request.

    Requirement

    Working as an Office Admin, you will utilize your previous office administration experience, ideally in a multi-cultural environment to deliver constantly internal and external support to high standards.

  • Key requirements of the role include the following;
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related major, at least 1-year experience in similar roles.

    Microsoft office and other necessary software skills.

    Able to work under pressure and an excellent teamwork player.

    Be a problem-solver with strong organisational skills and can work with minimum supervision.

    Our client is building up their business in Australia and has a strong dedication in the market. Being one of the starting up team member, you will be a key interface and representative of the company’s business in Australia.

    There will also be great potential for the role to lead the full operations of the team as the business grows.
