About the Role Prism & Workday Reporting Expert Implement best in class technology Drive process improvements At AGL, we are investing in the best in class technology to support our people to deliver the best in everything we do! This has created a brand-new opportunity for a highly technical HRIS reporting and analytics specialist to join our team in the role of HR Analytics Lead.

This role is crucial to the successful development and implementation of our newest reporting tool Prism, which will enable high quality data reporting for our P&C function and broader business.

What you’ll be doing : As the Prism SME and Workday reporting expert, you will utilise your expertise in the implementation of Prism across AGL Partner with P&C, FBT (IT) Team, stakeholders and Implementation Partner to stand-up preliminary use-cases for Prism Lead the development of our 'People Analytics Roadmap' Work with P&C and organisational stakeholders to identify additional analytics and reporting use cases Lead the management, monitoring and improvement of existing and new enterprise resource planning (ERP) and IT processes such as change management, release management and incident management About You As an experienced reporting and analytics specialist, you will bring your passion for implementing the latest technology, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to the team, as a key driver in enabling P&C reporting requirements.

What you’ll bring to the table : Extensive experience in Workday reporting and analytics (Prism) Strong background in project management and implementation of HRIS systems including Workday Experience in developing Roadmaps and facilitating successful delivery Ability to analyse, customise, modify and implement complex applications Ability to engage across all areas of the business and influence senior stakeholders Passion for delivering high quality outputs and exceeding business requirements We’d love to see your application, submitted by : Friday 25 September At AGL all employees are encouraged to be themselves and to bring their whole selves to work every day.
