Working within our Service Operations Team alongside our Service Desk Manager and our 3rd party deliver partners, you will leverage your strong ITIL background to ensure a cohesive support effort across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for all aspects of service management ensuring that it is aligned to ITIL standards and that our 3rd party delivery partners follow the prescribed standards.
This is a critical role within the service operations team, ensuring technology is maintained and available to the highest standards.
