As the Team Administrator and Project Coordinator for the TikTok Australia Content team, you'll act as the key administrator for TikTok Australia, supporting the leadership team on upcoming key projects and overall planning.

You'll run point on essential, cross-functional projects across the organisation and plan major meeting and project scheduling.

Responsibilities - Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders regarding cross-functional company projects, proposals and planning, as well as company climate and employee well-being.

  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.- Anticipate needs, provide high-level administrative support and project management tasks.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of leadership and cross functional departmental heads.
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.- Work on public facing initiatives that involve content strategy and engage the user base.
  • Act as thought partner to the Content and Operations leadership team- Quickly be able to serve as a subject matter expert in any pertinent area of the business, handle inquiries and develop action plans to address them, and assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Qualifications- 4+ years in a business or team administration role. Consulting experience with a focus on operations management a plus.

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar field - preferred, but not required.- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple departments.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fasted-paced environment with little room for error.- Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style.
