Reporting to the General Manger of Business Development and Client Relations, Assetlink is seeking to secure a talented Key Account Manager, located in NSW or Brisbane.
Your key responsibilities include partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery and execution of our suite of services in line with the contract’s key performance requirements.
Working in a matrix structure, you will be lead cross-functional teams and deliver strategic outcomes and service excellence to our client.
What you will be doing to maintain and grow the contract
Foster productive relationships throughout client structure in Australia and New Zealand
Drive proactive and insightful communications of site, portfolio, and overall Assetlink performance across the portfolio
Coordinate and influence operational performance to ensure contractual requirements are achieved and exceeded
Actively seek out feedback for continuous improvement and ongoing innovation and service evolution
Support overall commercial health of account and own strategies for growth
Lead customer service focus and ensure all customer service metrics are achieved
Never negotiate on safety
Act as Assetlink SME and industry, leveraging internal and external capability to deliver proactive solutions
Ultimately, ensure the longevity and health of client partnership is maintained
You will have
To be successful in this role, you will have successfully managed a high value, complex, national account and have gained a suite of skills as follows :
Previously worked in the service sector such as the Facilities Maintenance, Multi-site Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate or Marketing where you have been responsible for retaining and renewing sizeable contracts
Track record of success delivering positive shifts in account performance and achieving key performance indicators
Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
Previous experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, located across multi-sites in Australia and New Zealand
High level organisation skills coupled with excellent oral and written skills
Capability to identify and interpret data and present it in a logical and engaging manner
Familiarity with complex contracts and regulatory and statutory requirements in the workplace
Qualifications and experience
Qualifications in commerce, marketing, communication or law and related work experience - ideal
