    This is a challenging and busy role suited for a Front Office leader with a wealth of experience in transforming a guest's ordinary stay into an inspiring journey of discovery.

    About the role

  • Make our guests feel right at home with the ability to socialise, network and engage our guests
  • Deliver on our Super Shiny Service philosophy
  • Take the lead on everything Front Office and make it happen!
  • Drive upsell revenue through effective team training
  • Hands on, you are a natural born leader with the ability to nurture, develop and bring out the best in your Shiny Happy Team
  • Jump into F&B, reservations and anywhere else that's required
  • Create, inspire, initiate. You have the freedom to do so
  • Work with the Room Div Manager and General Manager to deliver on effervescent, fabulous, unconventional and never boring experience Ovolo Is renown for
  • And you will have

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Previous experience in similar job role or 2-3 years’ management experience in large up-scale hotel.
  • Tech Savvy; Experience in Hotel Management software and Point of Sales software.
  • Reservations experience preferred
  • You are a leader who mentors and gives guidance to the team you manage
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Interpersonal, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • AMAZING personality with a natural ability to build rapport and build great relationships
