    About the role

    To develop the BOQ's broader Commercial Health portfolio by retaining, growing and attracting profitable relationships in the Corporate segment, through outstanding customer service.

    The role also has responsibility for the development and engagement of direct analyst role within their portfolio.

    In this role, you will be required manage an existing portfolio of commercial health clients as well as developing new business.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Increase corporate customer portfolio through retention and growth of existing client base and new business development;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry network;
  • Maintain active call and business development program;
  • Drive effective deal negotiations and structuring, providing support to analyst and team;
  • Oversee compliance, credit risk management and audit requirements for portfolio;
  • Coach and provide direction to any analyst staff.
  • About you

  • At least 5 years’ experience in commercial banking or equivalent
  • Experience with complex structured commercial and corporate banking deals, writing credit submissions and negotiating with customers
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and time management, sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong referral and intel network
  • Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
  • University qualification in accounting or related business discipline preferred
