Bistro 32 a French restaurant in southern Sydney requires a full-time bilingual Restaurant Manager. with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Duties include interviewing and hiring and rostering staff, maintaining / cleaning the venue, WHS, managing stock and costings, choosing and ordering French wines for the wine list and co-ordinating with the chefs on menu items.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the restaurant team and all day to day operations involved in running the restaurant.
The position requires a Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years experience in a similar role and / or relevant hospitality qualifications.
A knowledge of French food and experience in a fine-dining restaurant with a la carte service is preferred.
Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills is a definite requirement, as you will be managing both French and English personnel and customers.
