At Edrolo, we believe that improving education takes more than building great resources and selling them to schools. To get great outcomes, schools need great support.

We've designed our client happiness ethos from the ground up with this in mind, and we're looking for someone to join our team of Learning Innovation Associates in this mission.

The Learning Innovation Associate (LIA) role is focused on fostering and maintaining relationships with existing and new partner schools by providing both proactive and reactive support to clients in their effective use of all Edrolo products, and by selling new Edrolo products to our clients to grow their Edrolo subscription and usage.

Interactions with schools take place in person and virtually, and include strategic and consultative meetings, teacher and student training / PD, pitch meetings, and more, all with the goal of supporting and educating partner schools, teachers, students, and the school community on the value and use of online and print resources.

Working with schools across Victoria (and beyond), the LIA will ensure schools are getting the most out of the resource, growing their subscriptions, and driving best practice.

Maintaining and growing our current relationships with schools is at the heart of the role.

Based in our Melbourne office (albeit working remotely for the time being), the role allows you the opportunity to work alongside enthusiastic and spirited people who are passionate about enhancing the teaching and learning experience in Australia.

We dedicate a real human to each of our client schools, with the goal of driving sustained behaviour change in teaching and learning practices within and for each school.

We know that improving teaching and learning is complex and takes time, good planning, consistency, and true passion. Our Client Happiness Team works with schools to build enduring relationships and, in the process, we move well beyond promoting Edrolo products to become trusted advisors to our schools.

This is where you come in!

Our sales philosophy is all about right product, right school, right time and our metrics reflect this. We achieve 98% client retention each year, indicating true satisfaction with both Edrolo's products and the services we provide to support their implementation year-on-year.

Our Client Happiness Team sits within the broader Sales Team and works extremely closely with our Client Support Team and other departments within Edrolo, such as our Content and Technology teams.

In other words, we're a company that focuses deeply on cross-team communication, collaboration, and shared growth.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
