As the Company Secretariat Administrator within our busy Corporate Governance team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Head of Secretariat and Head of Governance and Regulatory Services, as well as to the Board of Directors of Zurich Australia, in particular the Chairman of the Board to deliver against the strategic objectives of the executive function.
As the Co Sec Administrator, you will be extremely well presented, highly articulate and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in providing executive level support to a number of C level executives.
Key responsibilities will include coordination of board and board related meetings (including diary management, creation of Board and Committee paper packs and facility logistics), managing the annual Company Secretariat calendar of events, including lodgement of statutory filings, records management, managing travel arrangements and expense reimbursements and providing administrative assistance to Directors.
This position would suit an experienced EA from a C-Level environment or an aspiring company secretary who enjoys maximising the efficiency of their Manager while supporting the needs of a broader team.
To be successful in this role you will be proficient in the use of PowerPoint and Word, with excellent Diary Management skills.
You will have strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good rapport and build healthy working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and peers.
You will also have the ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought, and order of presentation.
Your excellent organisation skills are also required to make informed decisions and coordinate resources with minimal instruction.
