This is a key management role for the Witchery retail business, responsible for maximising sales results and driving retail operations initiatives for a portfolio of stores within the NSW region.
Motivating and guiding Store Managers and their teams to achieve their financial budgets and capitalise on every sale opportunity
Leading and supporting Store Managers in the recruitment and management of their teams
Ensuring systems are in place to control the loss of revenue due to theft, poor administration, error and waste at store level
Support the Store Managers in fulfilling all retail operations administration requirements
Developing an understanding of the customer profile of each store in the region for the purpose of maximising sales
Lead by example in the level of customer service provided to reflect company standards
Ensuring all stores maintain visual merchandising standards to maximise sales potential
The Ideal Candidate has
Sound retail operations experience managing a multi-site environment is essential
Enthusiasm for our brand with a fresh vibrancy that is honest and heartfelt
Proven experience and success in managing teams
Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
Proven ability in managing the performance, training and development of a large team
Strong focus on driving productivity with stores
Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership members
