Our People & Culture team, based in the Perth Head Office on St. Georges Terrace, are looking to welcome a seasoned HR professional that can hit the ground running.

Reporting through to the Manager, People & Culture , you will be responsible for the following :
Working with key stakeholders across our office and store environment nationally, coaching on end to end employee relations and industrial relations case management.
Owning the remuneration & benefits process including salary review, benchmarking salary data, reviewing our remuneration framework, WGEA actions and annual reporting.
Reviewing our benefits and incentives and making recommendations to keep our people happy and engaged.
Analysing and interpreting a wide range of people metrics and providing reporting for the wider business.
Completing end to end recruitment process for corporate based positions and ad-hoc store related roles (where required).
Driving and assisting with key projects on a national level as determined by the People and Culture annual operating plan.
Supporting a robust succession planning process; identifying top talent and working with leaders to grow and enhance the capabilities of their team members.
Working in partnership with the Manager, P & C, to plan ahead for key programs of work and upcoming events and initiatives (R U OK DAY, career fairs, annual bullying / harassment training, system reviews / enhancements / efficiencies and to action our diversity and inclusion plan).

Experience in remuneration and / or benefits with a love for spreadsheets.
At least 5 years’ experience in an HR Advisory role.
Strong HR generalist experience across areas such as performance reviews, performance management, investigations, workers compensation, salary reviews, short term incentive schemes and everything in between.
Previous experience managing / overseeing complex ER / IR cases (preferred)
