We are currently seeking applications from experienced, professional and energetic individuals for the new exciting role as Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Director Nursing & Midwifery (EDNM) and Executive Director People & Culture (EDPC).
The successful candidate will possess advanced interpersonal skills, strong time management and effective organisation skills with the ability to think laterally while working under pressure to provide high level administrative support as part of the Executive Assistant team.
The ideal applicant will use their initiative to take ownership to develop this role ensuring the delivery of high quality health services aligned with the South West Healthcare mission, vision and values.
This role is suited to an individual who sets their own high expectations and delivers outcomes, is able to deal with the unexpected and manages their own workload with minimal supervision.
