Receiving a high volume of calls regarding multiple insurance products. You will be :
Delivering a seamless customer experience in home insurance products that provides value for our customers
Identifying the appropriate insurance policies and providing the necessary level of advice to meet customer requirements
Achieve customer sales and service targets set for all customer segment
Advocate customer propositions to create value for customers through products and services under Shannon’s and APIA insurance products
Skills & Experience
Experience in delivering high quality customer solutions within required timeframes
Experience in a sales and / or customer service call centre environment is beneficial
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
Computer literacy and navigation skill
The desire to be a key member of an energetic and committed team, that is passionate about providing home insurance protection to new and existing customers
Hours, Location & Training
Adelaide CBD location
Full time & permanent opportunity - 37.5 hours per week.
You will be working on a rotational roster between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday Friday. You will also work one Saturday a month - 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm.
The relevant penalties will apply for shifts finishing after 6pm and Saturdays
