KONE Australia and New Zealand are looking for an exceptional and dynamic Assistant Payroll Manager to join the team. You will be expected to hit the ground running in order to successfully pay employees across Australia and New Zealand.
You will be someone that strives for excellence in service delivery and drives the roll out of key payroll projects.
What will you be doing?
Support the Payroll Manager in leading the Payroll function to ensure that all employees are paid correctlyManage and lead a small team of 6Provide payroll advice to managers and stakeholders in the businessComply with all relevant agreements, legislation and company policies, procedures and guidelinesIdentify opportunities to streamline and innovate payroll process
What do you need?
Proven experience and background in a similar roleExperience working across multiple EA'sExceptional communication and the ability to build a strong teamCapable of supervising, developing and maintaining a teamThe ability to implement and manage processesKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
