We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

A fundamental part of the role will be to ensure the delivery of the company’s portfolio business plan objectives, which for this role will be focused on the firms risk management and compliance program, including the provision strategic engineering and operational risk management advice, policy and procedure guidance to the management portfolio with a view to establishing a standardised approach.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in property sector with exposure to all sectors including commercial / industrial / retail
  • Engineering Degree / Diploma essential
  • Demonstrated capabilities and experience in the following areas;
  • Risk & Compliance including statutory / regulatory requirements.
  • Capital Expenditure demonstrated capability of managing large / small scale capital works including demonstrated capability in defining such assignments via strategic asset management with clients.
  • Business Acumen Demonstrated capabilities in managing budgets both at a property level and corporate level, including demonstrated Business Development skills and achievements.
  • Staff management whilst we expect that this role may only have 1 or 2 direct reports, the successful candidate must have demonstrated capabilities in managing of influencing large team.
  • Crisis / incident Management This role will be required to assist our site teams in the management of major incidents, demonstration of such will be required.
