The Role of a Sales Leader :

VPs and RSDs at Workday help their teams to inspire their customers to make change an opportunity by leveraging finance and HR transformation.

Do this, in conjunction with Workday’s market leading product offering and you’ll be building strong revenue growth for yourself, your team and Workday whilst ensuring that our customers achieve amazing transformation results and outcomes.

  • What are we looking for :

  • You always overachieve. We’re going to want to know your quota attainment numbers as past success is a strong indicator of future success
  • You live by a set of values that align with our own (make sure you look them up). We’re a values based organisation and we firmly believe that exceptionally successful sales professionals can also be great humans.
  • You currently lead teams that sell net-new solutions to enterprise or large commercial sized organisations
  • You’ll need SaaS / Cloud sales experience. If you have ERP / HCM / Financial planning experience, that’s even better
