requirements of this role will include :

  • Own and drive performance on a portfolio of accounts
  • Work with external clients to evaluate collections and recoveries opportunities and to determine how much value Equifax can add, plan how to achieve it, and deliver it
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of solutions
  • Effectively integrate into the analysis team and proactively manage relationships with stakeholders across all business function
  • Simply put, the required skills are :

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
  • Analytical experience in a high performing environment such as collections or recoveries, telco, utilities or banking
  • Ability to effectively engage clients to deliver performance updates and analytical insight bullets
  • Proficient in database environments and data set manipulation including exposure to tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau or SAS
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional numeracy and demonstrable attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts in a simplified manner to internal and external stakeholders
