Working as a Sales & Retention Specialist provides a rewarding and passionate career path where you can you positively impact the lives our Australian Defence Force Veteran Community.
As the first point of contact for sales enquiries and cancellation requests, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your sales and retention skills through multiple channels all while working with a great community of supporters.
What You Will Be Doing
Proactively making outbound sales calls to an existing customer base to influence supporters in making a financial commitment
Making Welcome Calls to supporters who signed up for an ongoing subscription
Focus on the retention of members through building value proposition of supporting our cause
Delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations and building strong relationships
Handle cancellation requests with effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Following up on new / existing leads and converting them to sales
Generating new sales / up sell by understanding customers’ needs and matching solutions
Building and developing new business prospects by actively offering our membership options
Handle incoming enquiries, responding to enquiries and influencing supporters to purchase
Contact centre operates Monday to Friday 10am 7pm & Saturday 8am 4pm
