    We are seeking an experienced ANZ Channel Manager to join our Lenovo SmartDevices business group in ANZ. Reporting to the Director Smart Devices AsiaPacific, you will be a part of an exciting new business responsible for LenovoSmart Devices Consumer IoT category sales, marketing and business development.

    The ANZ Channel Manager will be responsible for managing existing retailpartnerships and develop new business opportunities for Lenovo Smart ConnectedDevices across Australia & New Zealand.

  • Responsible for managing sales, product marketing and tactical planningacross ANZ retail channel
  • Drive the business to balance revenue, profit, volume and market share goals
  • Build profitable growth plan to maximize market share and effectively managecost structure
  • Business development planning with key retailers to create new businessopportunities
  • Manage the longer term development of the retail accounts implementingstrategic account plans to grow new categories
  • Manage business relationship with key retailers at management and buyerlevel
  • Work with major retailer partners across ANZ to develop their multi-channeloffering in changing environment
  • Work collaboratively with retailers to develop joint partner plans to drivecategory development
  • Responsible for inventory management, supply chain efficiency, retailoperational alignment and financial claims
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans including retail programs withretailers including co-marketing, promotional activity, training programs andin store brand presence
  • Manage retail account product forecasting and advertising promotional plansto drive sell in sell out
  • Develop new business B2B opportunities across key segments
  • Responsible for inventory management, supply chain efficiency, retailoperational alignment and financial claims
  • Responsible for implementing training plans for retail sales force toeducate and build awareness of Lenovo brand / products
  • Responsible for account product assortment planning measured on share ofshelf and share of advertising voice
  • Coordinate quarterly business partner reviews
  • Identify and capitalize market opportunities for profitable growth
  • Articulate Lenovo‚Äôs value proposition to the retailers
  • The role is ideally suited to someone who is successful in a high performance,fast paced, results driven dynamic environment.

    Position Requirements :

  • Minimum 7+ years sales or category management experience in consumer retailIT / CE / Telco industry preferred.
  • Able to display a successful sales track record
  • Business planning skills, multidimensional
  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage businessplanning and reporting
  • Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices
  • Strong understanding of ANZ market and retail channel
  • Financial business management ability and strong business acumen
  • Excellent retail / channel management skills and experience in developingstrategic partnerships
  • Understanding of retail organizations objectives and how to maximize salesresults
  • Anticipates, creates and defines innovative and visionary concepts instrategic environment
  • Excellent communication skills presentation, negotiation, closing, followthrough
  • Entrepreneurial approach, imaginative, passionate, approachable
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong drive for success
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce tactical skills
