There's something happening here! We need a Chef de Partie to assist in building and leading the healthy and tasty food culture of our brand new launched plant based bar project Monster
Reporting to the Paul Wilson, our fabulous new Executive Chef this is a challenging and busy role suited for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for the next step in your career.
You must have a wealth of experience building a kitchen team culture that turns a guest's ordinary dining experience into an inspiring journey of discovery.
It goes without saying that our food will be paramount, but not like that all too-slick, corporate blah blah experience happening elsewhere in your traditional Hotel.
We have oodles & noodles of personality, big bags of freshness, interesting and quirky, we shine and are always changing.
From our casual all day dining outlets, groovy bars, high-end launch parties and events and sublime weddings, our food will be always be unique with a very Ovolo twist.
