We have a rare and exciting opening to join the Campbell Arnotts team as a National Account Manager. You will manage the Arnott’s business with our key strategic business partners in the Independents channel.
This high-profile position will be focused on the cross functional management of all aspects of our business and is responsible for the category review process, the implementation and execution of promotional strategy, development and execution of the Metcash / IGA Joint Business Plan and influencing plans that will be implemented by the State Account Managers with other Independent retailers such as Foodland, Foodworks & Drakes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager looking to progress and grow in their career.
The successful candidate will have had exposure in the grocery channel and be able to demonstrate solid commercial and financial acumen when developing customer plans that align with our strategy.
Given the complex customer landscape and growth aspirations for our portfolio, this person must be comfortable with ambiguity, change and demonstrate high levels of determination and resilience.
They will have a solutions focus with a can do approach to solving problems, and a desire to drive results. They will also use their interpersonal skills to influence and provide direction, coaching and development to their peers and direct report.
This role has one Promotions Manager as a direct report.
