About the Role :

Connecting with our existing customers to generate interest and book appointments
Exceeding your KPI’s and targets and receive great commissions in return!
Sharing the customer experience, ensuring their journey is maximised
Participate in regular coaching and feedback sessions
Involvement in dealership sales events, brand launches and luxury drive days
Participating in project work and collaboration days
Performing associated administration functions
What the role entails :
Appointment setting, customer follow and business development across Internet leads, inbound phone sales enquiries, outbound lead generation and Live Chat
Ability to meet KPIs call volume and quality
Detailed reporting, data entry & email communication required (attention to detail mandatory)
Full time base salary plus high commissions
Induction and full training provided
What we are looking for :
Top sales performers who love a bit of healthy competition
Proven inbound or outbound sales success
Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
The ability to work in a fast-paced corporate office environment
The ability to follow instructions, compliance and work to targets and deadlines
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Detailed experience utilising Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
