We are looking for someone to join the team on a 6 Month Contract.

Responsibilities :

As a Reconciliations Associate you will ensure portfolio holdings, market values, liquidity and overdraft positions are accurate, resolving any exceptions in an efficient manner, and reporting positions to Investments on a daily basis.

You will also be responsible for :

  • Ensuring portfolio holdings, liquidity positions and market values are accurate, and Investigating and resolves exceptions;
  • Ensuring potential and actual overdraft positions are rectified immediately and escalated to management;
  • Administering daily reporting including : portfolio valuations, cash forecasts, reporting to separate accounts (timing as per the mandate), and other customised reporting as per the mandate; and
  • Participating in special projects and ad hoc assignments.
  • Qualifications :

    You will be a motivated and proactive team player, with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to analyse independently.

    Ideally, you are a business graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the middle or back office.

    You will also have :

  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external clients : including solid verbal communication skills to interact with portfolio managers, traders and internal clients;
  • Strong working knowledge of computer applications such as Excel and Access;
  • Knowledge of Corporate Actions ; and
  • Full working rights for Australia.
