We are a small, agile and autonomous team of specialists able to move at startup speed.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Director of W23, you will be responsible for maximising our success by enabling our team to move at speed and ensuring that our investments, portfolio performance and incubations, are delivered and maintained efficiently through clear, agile processes and efficient, streamlined governance.

Based in our Sydney office, this role will work across group locations to :

  • Ensure effective monitoring of W23 investment pipeline being managed by the investment team
  • Create efficient dealflow development, debate and review cadence to drive an effective flow of information and fast decision making
  • Ensure the team are working towards a defined W23 investment governance framework
  • Develop and operationalise effective W23 led processes to enable fast set up of new business, service or product incubations
  • Coordinate and deliver presentation materials for use within Investment committees (IC), business reviews and updates
  • Formulate effective business Due Diligence processes for approved investments in the areas of Commercial, Operational, Product, Technology, Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance, and company structure
  • Manage monthly and ad-hoc TATLIP’ process ensuring alignment between Treasury, Accounting, Tax, PR, Legal, IT & Finance
  • Develop and maintain monthly and year in review tracking of the W23 Foundry performance ensuring clear visibility for our internal team on commercial, business and customer performance for each Foundry business

    You are also a motivated energetic self-starter who enjoys working autonomously, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you are exceptional at influencing people while being able to challenge how things are done.

    Being process minded and action driven with a high attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.

    Experience working within a large consulting environment along with industry-specific training in contracts, procurement, PMBOK, Agile methodologies and PRINCE2 processes will be highly regarded.
