About the role
Operations Services will offer permanent employment opportunities. By creating permanent jobs, we are able to offer our team members security in their employment and income, as well as access to benefits such as sick (personal) and annual leave.
You can expect a permanent role, 7 / 7 roster, competitive remuneration and a continuous focus on people development.
We are currently recruiting experienced Excavator / Shovel Operators (400t and above) to support Mt Arthur Coal.
Operations Services provides transportation to site from nominated points specific to each team. This will be discussed during the recruitment process.
We are currently seeking experienced Mining Operators, however experience in Civil and Construction or Quarry and Bulk Earth Works industries may also be transferrable.
We’re looking to develop people to be the best they can be through our Mastery Program. You’ll have your own personal development plan to take your career to places you never thought possible.
Our Performance culture is about coming forward with ideas, wanting to do better and wanting to improve. If this sounds like you, there could be a place in Operations Services for you.
