We have an exciting Melbourne based opportunity for an experiencedbusiness development professional with a focus on digital transformationprojects within the building and construction sector.
This critical role isresponsible for developing and growing business opportunities and increasingrevenue for our Digital Buildings business.
The aim of this role is to ensure that Schneider Electricand our suite of transformative digital building solutions are specified on keybuilding projects.
Your success will come from placing the customers needsfirst, identifying their goals and business fundamentals and ultimately deliveringmutually beneficial commercial outcomes in an effective manner.
You bring withyou an ability to provide thought leadership and leverage opportunities rightacross the project value chain, adding influence, tenacity, and a hunters mindset combined with an innovative approach.
What sets you apart? Ideally the building and constructionlandscape will be a familiar canvass to you, and you have good relationshipswith Mechanical & Electrical Consulting Engineers, Architects, specifiersand similar.
Key technology and solution concepts that underpin advances in buildingmanagement, lighting control, security, and broader energy management will steeryour interest in the sector, with ready-made contacts you can leverageimmediately.
You understand the key industry challenges and influences, andcan build commercial value and confidence in the presentation of your ideas.
Yourbusiness development experience is focused on solution sales, right through tostrategic value chain propositions with senior decision makers.
