With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong healthcare background to join our Melbourne CBD Clinic, on a Permanent Full-Time basis, working approximately 38 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours required.

In this important position, you will play a critical role in growing the clinic as well as leading and managing its day-to-day operations.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to :


The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ similar experience within the medical industry, preferably within General Practice or Occupational Health environment.

Experience in leading teams, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience using Medical Software is highly desirable, however is not essential as training will be provided.
