The role of the Kiosk Officer is to provide quality services (kiosk, merchandising & sales) to the customers and potential customers of the centre in accordance with established operational routines and procedures.
Responsible for accurate point of sale and cash transactions including end of shift reconciliations records
Sale of merchandise and kiosk items
Stocking and data entry into centre’s electronic stock control system of merchandise and kiosk items
Assist in achieving Excellent rating in Health Department audits.
Provide the highest level of customer service possible, being friendly and helpful at all times
Maintain patron traffic flow through kiosk to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.
Maintain the hygiene, safety and security of stock, supplies, equipment and kiosk facilities
Assist with monthly Stocktake and stock control
Undertake tasks as directed by the Centre Management.
