We offer you a comprehensive eightweeks on-boarding training. This secures a solid foundation to understand theorganization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions andculture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive andintegrated into the Sensient organization.

After that, you will focus ondelivering new sales opportunities with existing accounts, as well asdeveloping new customers in of Australia.

To continuously help you to be successful in this position; wesupport you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial,Operational and Service teams.

With your excellent customer serviceorientation, communication and negotiation skills, you are able to grow oursales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.

What do you need to bring with you?

  • Ideally a BA / BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Relevant technical sales experience may substitute a degree.
  • Around 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably within food & beverage flavors / colors, specialty chemicals, or other value-added ingredients industry
  • Business fluency in English is required
